LiPure™ MagBead Universal RNA Extraction Kit delivers rapid, high-yield extraction of total RNA from a broad spectrum of sample sources, including animal tissues, cultured cells, plant and fungal tissues, bacteria, and whole blood.
The system utilizes a specially formulated lysis buffer to rapidly disrupt cells while selectively precipitating cellular proteins and genomic DNA. The RNA-rich supernatant is then transferred directly to a silica spin column for efficient washing and impurity removal, concluding with a fast elution in DEPC-treated water. This streamlined workflow takes less than 30 minutes and yields intact, high-purity RNA ready for demanding downstream applications—including RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, Northern blotting, next generation sequencing (NGS), mRNA isolation, nuclease protection assays, and in vitro translation.
