Background
Enables CCR7 chemokine receptor binding activity and chemokine activity. Involved in several processes, including positive regulation of T cell activation; positive regulation of cellular component organization; and positive regulation of macromolecule biosynthetic process. Located in external side of plasma membrane. Is expressed in Peyer's patch; inguinal lymph node; thymus; and thymus primordium. Orthologous to human CCL19 (C-C motif chemokine ligand 19).
