Background
Enables angiotensin type II receptor activity. Involved in several processes, including cellular response to dexamethasone stimulus; positive regulation of branching involved in ureteric bud morphogenesis; and regulation of secretion. Located in perinuclear region of cytoplasm. Used to study chronic kidney disease; congenital diaphragmatic hernia; glomerulonephritis (multiple); hypertension (multiple); and meconium aspiration syndrome.
