Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 293T cells (negative control,left) and Jurkat cells (right) were surface-stained with Biotin Rabbit anti-Human CD45 mAb (A25627,5 μl/Test,orange line) or Biotin Rabbit IgG isotype control (A25626,5 μl/Test,blue line), followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 Streptavidin staining (5 μl/Test,orange line). Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control (red line). |
