Caspase-3/7 Inhibitor (5 mg)

Ac-DEVD-CHO is a synthetic tetrapeptide that acts as a competitive inhibitor of caspase-3 and caspase-7. It contains the amino acid sequence corresponding to the PARP cleavage site. Ac-DEVD-CHO is commonly used to inhibit caspase-3/7 activity in apoptotic cells and to investigate events downstream of caspase-3/7 activation.
