LiDirect™ MagBead DNA Methylation Kit combines DNA denaturation and bisulfite conversion into a single step, coupled with magnetic bead–based cleanup to enable high-throughput methylation analysis. The kit is streamlined to achieve high-yield DNA recovery following bisulfite conversion. Desulfonation and cleanup of the converted DNA are performed while the DNA is bound to MagPure Beads. The kit is optimized to minimize template degradation and DNA loss during treatment and cleanup, while ensuring complete conversion of unmethylated cytosines. The recovered DNA is ideal for PCR amplification and downstream applications, including endonuclease digestion, sequencing, microarrays, and more.
