LiPure™ MagBead Viral DNA/RNA Purification Kit is designed for the rapid and reliable isolation of viral DNA/RNA from a variety of sample types, including serum, plasma, blood, urine, cell culture media, saliva, homogenized tissue suspensions, fecal samples, and swabs. The kit employs magnetic bead technology to enable purification of high-quality nucleic acids that are free of proteins, nucleases, and other impurities. In addition to being easily adaptable for automated systems, the procedure can be scaled up or down depending on the starting sample volume. The isolated, high-quality DNA/RNA is ready for downstream applications such as next-generation sequencing, hybridization-based detection, and RT/qPCR.
