Case Study

Figure A illustrates an 8-point, 10-fold serial dilution of the pUC19 plasmid, while Figure B displays the corresponding standard curve generated from the cycle threshold (CT)) values in Figure A. Notably, the lowest plasmid concentration (the eighth dilution gradient) contains approximately 6 copies per 4 µL reaction. Each dilution point was assayed using the LiQuant™ Universal Green qPCR Master Mix with a template volume of 4 µL per well. The results demonstrate that LiQuant™ exhibits an excellent linear relationship across a broad dynamic range, delivering high-sensitivity detection capable of quantifying single-digit template copy numbers.

In Figure C, cDNA derived from HeLa cells served as the template to evaluate six distinct genes under identical amplification conditions. This assay compared the performance of LiQuant™ against SYBR qPCR reagents from three other commercial suppliers. The results show that LiQuant™ successfully detected 92% (22/24) of the target genes with exceptional specificity.
