Viral RNA Lysis Buffer is designed for the isolation and purification of viral DNA/RNA from biological specimens intended for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) performance evaluations. It is compatible with commercial magnetic bead- or spin column-based RNA extraction kits used prior to RT-qPCR.
