Murine RNase Inhibitor is a recombinant RNase inhibitor expressed in E. coli derived from the murine gene. It binds to RNase A, RNase B, and RNase C in a 1:1 non-competitive manner, inhibiting the activity of all three enzymes and protecting RNA from degradation. This inhibitor exhibits good thermal stability and is compatible with a variety of commercially available reverse transcriptases, DNA and RNA polymerases, and capping enzymes.

This product is a GMP-grade recombinant Murine RNase Inhibitor. During production, process-related impurities—including host proteins, exogenous DNA, and RNase—as well as microbiological limits and bacterial endotoxins are strictly controlled. The entire production process does not use or add ampicillin or any animal-derived raw materials or excipients. It adopts production and quality management standards in compliance with GMP norms, guaranteeing full traceability of the production process and raw/auxiliary materials.
